Free shipping is available for Australian delivery addresses, with no minimum order amount or coupon required.
Your delivery details
Enter the full delivery address at checkout, including any unit number, suburb, state and postcode. You can choose a separate shipping address. Address suggestions are optional: select “Enter manually” if you prefer to type the address yourself. Review the final address before placing the order.
Payment comes first
Bank-transfer orders remain on hold until the deposit has been checked against the order. Cryptocurrency orders await payment confirmation. The order status changes as payment and fulfilment progress.
Follow your order
Your order number appears on the confirmation page and in order emails. Check Order status using that number and your billing email. If you have an account, you can also use My Account. This shows the order stage recorded by Falcon Peps.
Need to change an address or report a delivery problem?
Email admin@falconpeps.com with your order number and the details. Contact us as soon as you notice an error. An address change depends on whether the order has already been dispatched. For damaged, missing or incorrect items, see Returns and refunds.
