YOUR INFORMATION
This policy explains how Falcon Peps handles information when you browse falconpeps.com, place an order, use an account, subscribe or contact us. For privacy enquiries, email admin@falconpeps.com.
Information you provide
We collect the information you enter for an order or account, such as your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, optional phone number, order notes and selected products. We also keep order references, totals, payment status and relevant payment records. If you contact us, we receive your message and any attachments. Please do not send medical details, banking passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys.
How we use it
We use this information to maintain your cart or account, process and fulfil orders, confirm payments, send service emails, answer enquiries, handle order problems and protect the store from misuse. Service providers receive the information needed to perform their part of these tasks.
Payments
Cryptocurrency payments use NOWPayments. Our payment integration sends the order reference, total, currency, selected coin and payment/return URLs to create the payment. We retain payment identifiers, transaction information and confirmation status. Public blockchain transactions are visible on their respective networks. Your bank and our receiving bank process direct transfers; the order reference and payment records help us reconcile your payment. We do not ask for wallet seed phrases or online-banking credentials.
Read NOWPayments’ privacy policy for its own handling of payment-service data.
Address suggestions
If you use address suggestions at checkout, the address text you type is sent through our server to Geoapify to find Australian address matches. Our lookup does not send your name, email or cart contents. You can select “Enter manually” to stop using suggestions. Geoapify describes its API processing and retention in its privacy policy.
Site statistics and subscriptions
We use Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic, to understand visits to public site pages. This can involve information such as an IP address, browser details, pages viewed and referring site. Our site excludes cart, checkout, account and order-status pages from this visitor-statistics integration. If you subscribe to Falcon Peps updates, Jetpack/WordPress.com handles your email subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. See Automattic’s visitor privacy notice.
Google advertising measurement
Google’s tag is used on public pages, including the normal cart and checkout, with advertising storage and advertising-user-data consent denied by default. Even in that mode, Google may receive limited, cookie-free signals such as a page URL and network/device information. The site removes query strings and referrers from its configured page reporting.
If you allow advertising measurement, we can retain a Google ad-click identifier and associate it with an eligible confirmed purchase. The purchase record contains an order reference, paid total, currency, time and click/consent information, rather than your name, email, address, products or wallet details. Advertising personalisation and enhanced conversions are disabled. You can change the choice using “Privacy choices”; the browser choice lasts 30 days. Declining does not prevent shopping. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
Storage and service providers
Store and account records are held in our WordPress/WooCommerce system. Our hosting and email services support the site and service messages. Private backup copies are retained with our hosting service and in Dropbox. Service providers may process information outside Australia, including in the European Union and United States. Their locations and practices are described in the linked provider policies and Dropbox’s privacy policy.
Access, correction and privacy enquiries
Email admin@falconpeps.com to request access to or correction of your information, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or order; we may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing private records. Order records may need to be retained for accounting, resolving disputes or other legal obligations. We will explain any limitation that applies to your request.
For information about Australian privacy rights and complaint options, visit the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
